Where to Next? Continuing Chick-fil-A's International Expansion

Yes. Even though we have not yet gotten to Canada, there are already plans for future potential locations internationally. Without further adieu, here are the two next potential Chick-fil-A global locations:

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Since the first international location was in cold weather, it seems appropriate that the second location is in warm weather. Being a US territory, the transition to Puerto Rico should be not complicated. The company is expected to choose San Juan, the country's capital, as the city to put its first location there. Also, it would be the first time Chick-fil-A serves primarily Spanish, which is the main language in Puerto Rico. For more information on this country, feel free to click here.

Tokyo, Japan

This location would be revolutionizing for the company. The culture is certainly different in Japan, but the fast service style would suit the population of Tokyo very well. With fried chicken being very popular in that country (KFC is a big franchise there), we expect Chick-fil-A to be more than welcomed into the restaurant market in Japan because of its amazing food and customer service.

Disclaimer: This post does not guarantee the actual establishment of a Chick-fil-A in these countries. It simply states the places that we are taking steps to be in the near future (2021-2023).
